2025 Franklin PUD Benefits Open Enrollment

CHANGES FOR 2025

Medical premiums increase by 12.6%.
Dental and vision premiums stay the same.

PPO plan members share 12% of the increased cost while CDHP plan members continue to pay a $20 monthly premium.

Teladoc (previously Livongo) disease management programs end December 31, 2024

PLEASE REMEMBER

  • Flexible spending accounts (health care or dependent care reimbursement) do not roll from year-to-year. If you want to participate in FSA in 2025, you must elect the benefit.

  • Please verify that your enrolled dependents continue to meet the eligibility guidelines. The plan reserves the right to audit dependent enrollment at any time to verify that enrolled dependents are eligible for coverage.

  • If you do not make changes now, your next chance to do so will be during our next open enrollment in 2025, unless you experience a qualifying life event, in which case you must notify Human Resources of the change within 30 days.

  • Your portion of the medical, dental, and vision premiums will be deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis unless you tell us differently.
