CWPU Wellness Program
Earn a $150 monthly HRA VEBA wellness incentive when you participate in the voluntary three-part wellness program.
Who can participate?
YOU, if you are a benefits eligible employee.
What do I need to do?
Complete all three parts of the wellness program between December 1 - November 30 and earn the $150/month HRA VEBA wellness incentive for the following calendar year:
Part 1:
Biometric screening offered at your place of work sometime in the fall or anytime through your personal physician.
Part 2:
Participate in an onsite wellness activity offered by your PUD.
Part 3:
Get a preventive medical exam, or a routine dental or vision exam, or a CDL medical certification.
If it is unreasonably difficult due to a medical condition for you to achieve the standards for the reward under this program, or if it is medically inadvisable for you to attempt to achieve the standards for the reward under this program, call your HR department and we will work with you to develop another way to qualify for the reward.
