The Central Washington Public Utilities Unified Insurance Program (CWPU UIP) Trust is committed to providing access to CWPU UIP records in compliance with the Public Records Act Chapter 42.56 RCW, and any other applicable provisions of federal or state law.

Our public records policy and request form is available to members of the public who desire to review or obtain copies of public records held by CWPU UIP.

Certain public records may be exempt, either in whole or in part, from disclosure under the Washington Public Records Act or other state or federal laws. Any person who objects to the initial denial or partial denial of a records request may petition in writing to Shauna Cenotto, Chair of the CWPU UIP Board of Trustees, 1151 Valley Mall Parkway, East Wenatchee, WA 98802 or via email at shauna.cenotto@dcpud.org for a review of that decision.
