The Central Washington Public Utilities Unified Insurance Program (CWPU UIP) Trust is committed to providing access to CWPU UIP records in compliance with the Public Records Act Chapter 42.56 RCW, and any other applicable provisions of federal or state law.

Our public records policy and request form is available to members of the public who desire to review or obtain copies of public records held by CWPU UIP.

Certain public records may be exempt, either in whole or in part, from disclosure under the Washington Public Records Act or other state or federal laws. Any person who objects to the initial denial or partial denial of a records request may petition in writing to Jody George, Chair of the CWPU UIP Board of Trustees, 2721 W. 10th Ave., Kennewick, WA 99336 or via email at georgej@bentonpud.org for a review of that decision.
