The PUD strategic plan focuses on five strategic goals with Value People at the center of all we do. These goals are also the foundation of our new POWER UP incentive program, which is designed to engage, motivate, and reward you for meeting high performance standards, growing personally and professionally through participation in our Safety, 360, and EmPOWERed incentive programs, and for providing ever-increasing value to our customers.

Designed to engage, motivate, and reward you for contributing to the overall success of the PUD’s strategic goals and mission.

Program Year: January - December

Earn up to 16 hours of personal leave when you work toward meeting the PUD’s strategic goals.

SAFETY INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Built on education, awareness, compliance, public safety, and the pursuit of an incident-free workplace, recognizing your active participation and contribution to a positive safety culture.

Program Year: July - June

Earn up to $275 when you learn, serve, help, and teach. Individual and group program incentives can be earned.

360 Program

Designed to recognize you for taking the time to participate in activities and programs outside of work that provide value to you, your family, and community and supports your emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, occupational, spiritual, and social dimensions of well-being. 

Program Year: July - June

Earn up to $275 when you engage in the eight well-being program dimensions. Individual and group program incentives can be earned.

Empowered

Designed to engage and empower you to grow personally and professionally in understanding the electrical energy and broadband services delivery process and each other’s roles, thereby becoming proud, confident, and credible community ambassadors.
